Growing long term care provider seeking an outstanding leader in long term care for a Nursing Home Administrator position in the Chesapeake area of Virginia. Must have a history of successful operations experience and a strong commitment to quality care.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Manage, lead and direct the overall operations of a skilled nursing facility in accordance with customer needs, regulations and company policies.
Focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients
Support and encouragement of employees
Achieving the facility’s business objectives
Requirements
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
-Licensed Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator, in good standing with the State of Virginia or eligible for license
-Minimum of 3 years experience in long term care management
-Must have ability to complete multiple projects and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
-Proven abilities in performance management and effective leadership.
-Presents professionally and has high standards for self and others
