Description

 

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: 

Review and research exception items daily, work with staff to clear outage in a timely manner and correct Social Security Numbers in the system.

 

PRINCIPLE JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Daily reconciling and reviewing of exception items to determine disposition
  • Manually keying in of corrections
  • Review and research of other exception items
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • High School diploma is required.

 

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

 

  • Must be able to key accurately for long periods of time.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Must be self-motivated and also able to work in a team environment.
  • Requires a high level of energy and a strong sense of urgency.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
