Montecatini specializes in the comprehensive care of adolescents and women struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and associated disorders. Our program offers residential inpatient treatment in a home-like atmosphere in Carlsbad, CA. Responsible for monitoring patient activities throughout the day; meal and outing supervision, documentation for food/behavior logs, supervise household duties.
We are currently looking for a Nursing Supervisor to supervise our Nursing staff. Must have thorough working knowledge of health care nursing services with demonstrated ability to direct all aspects of clinical and administrative functioning of patient care. Candidate will supervise nursing staff provide direction and consultation towards improving nursing performance and recommend disciplinary actions as indicated. Additionally, candidate will formulate reviews and revise policies and procedures based on CARF certification standards.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a BSN with experience in a psychiatric in-patient hospital setting;
BA degree required; Master’s preferred. Current RN license from the state of CA required.
