Description

Our Client is on of Fortune Magazines “Top 100 Companies to work for".  They are an Oregon based community bank that has 150 locations between Napa, Ca and Bellevue, WA  and along the Oregon and Northern California Coast as well as Central Oregon. They are an innovative bank that is committed to serving the needs of its clients.

 

In this position you will be required to restructure troubled commercial loans and manage them through the workout process. Develop an action plan to mitigate problem assets through a workout process which may include bankruptcy, litigation, and or liquidation of collateral.  Must be able to spread financial statements and perform cash flow analysis.  Will work closely with legal council and negotiate settlements as required.

Requirements

 

To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years experience in special assets or special credits.  The ability to make timely accurate decisions and determine appropriate actions.  The quality candidate must have a passion and strong appreciation for doing workouts.
