Description

Large hospital facility needs a Pharmacy Operations Manager/Assistant Director of Pharmacy.  Work in a newly constructed pharmacy department with the latest state-of-the art technology. Pharmacy department will also be providing additional services.  Many well-known physicians and other healthcare professionals relocate to join this team. Once this facility has completed its growth, there will be no other facility in the area that will be able to compete. 

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY  will lead a strong, dynamic department in a progressive environment. Reports to Director of Pharmacy. Responsible for directing the daily operations of the non-clinical and clinical staff. P&T Committee. Staff Pharmacist Development. Review pharmacist clinical activity. Formulate and implement the clinical and non-clinical goals and objectives of the pharmacy.


This is a M-F Day position - no evenings, no weekends


Seeking Pharmacist with a strong inpatient hospital background. Supervisory experience is essential. All Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Supervisors, Pharmacy Managers qualify for this position.

Florida Pharmacist License

Inpatient Leadership Experience
