Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join this Harrisburg corporate based global manufacturer. As the Senior Human Resources Generalist you will report directly to the Director, HR. Your position will initially focus on developing and implementing high level projects addressing specific Human Resource needs of employees worldwide. In addition you will be assisting with Recruitment and Staffing efforts; coupled with supporting the Training & Development area of the corporation. This is a newly created position that anticipates strong growth potential for the future.

Requirements

Your background should include a BS degree preferably in Human Resources with a variety of accomplishments coming from within a manufacturing environment. In addition you will have demonstrated leadership experience as a strategic partner with management., along with outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
