Expanding home health care agency seeks dynamic,energetic,outgoing individual to join our marketing team.
Home health care agency owned and operated for 24 years by registered nurses.
Multiple office sites.
Coordinate, organize and present community outreach activities.
Services pediatric through geriatric population. Provides Private duty nursing, intermittent skilled nursing visits, Certified Home Health Aides-Live In and hourly.

Requirements
Energetic, motivated and creative individual to establish and maintain relationships with hospital social wokers, discharge planners and case managers.
Healthcare Marketing experience a plus
Participates in health fairs and job fairs.
Knowledge of home health care operations a plus.
RN preferred.
