Description
St. Vincent Physician Network in Frankfort, Indiana is search for a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to work Full-time, Day shift.
Specialized Duties will include: Administer injections, administer and read PPD, coordination and completion of applicable regulated and non-regulated urine drug screen testing, breath alochol testing, coordinate and provide service for flu clinics, EKG, processing and follow thru on referrals, vitals, injury intake, prepare patient for physician exam, processing workers compensation forms daily, document and submit reports to various client companies., network with client company representatives, visiting client companies to provide medical education and/or health related wellness clinics. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position performs its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the St. Vincent mission and core values.
Requirements
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a current Indiana license with previous occupational health or emergency room experience. Must be able to think fast, multi-task, have excellent communication skills and work as a team to coordinate care of employees thru the OHS facility. CPR certified. At least 2 years of nursing work experience is preferred.
