Loan Accounting Team Lead

Baylake Bank is seeking a team player who has above average computer, problem solving, organizational and communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

As the Loan Accounting Team Lead in Sturgeon Bay, your duties will include developing work flow systems, training and developing employees, assisting loan officers, maintaining regulations and providing back-up for all Loan Accounting functions, This position requires previous experience in Loan Accounting and working knowledge of core systems.  Previous management experience preferred.
