Description
Chemical Abstracts Service has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Supervisor in its Marketing Division. This position will be responsible for a team of approximately 15 staff. Responsible for ensuring accurate/timely implementation of customer orders, customer account management as well as providing pricing services. Perform/coordinate SAP functions and completing other miscellaneous activities. Will be responsible for providing customer service, resolving customer issues related to product access, and billing for worldwide customers.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience; Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or equivalent; strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with business analysis experience; working knowledge of SAP; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products; and knowledge of CAS products a plus.
