Description Skilled Care of Indiana provides pharmacy services primarily to the long-term care industry.  We are a privately owned/operated company that truly cares about the individuals we serve.  We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team.  Previous long-term care experience preferred but not necessary. 

Essential Job Duties

  • Actively participate with healthcare professionals in determining accurate and appropriate medication regimens for each individual resident
  • Verification of dosing regimens, including review of therapeutic duplications, allergies, and diagnosis


Requirements
  • A clinically skilled individual able to set their own pace while working well with others would be desirable
  • Flexible rotating shifts
  • Indiana State License
  • Weekend rotation
