Description Position Summary:

Second shift position to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of motor control circuits, mechanical drives, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on production equipment. Starting wage will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Performs outlined preventive maintenance on all equipment along with necessary repairs and/or replacements. 
  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical failures in order to make necessary repairs.
  • Able to interpret anticipated problems due to malfunction of equipment and initiate independent action required.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
  • Records and maintains a daily record of accomplishments. 

     

    • Requirements

     

  • Prefer high school diploma, GED acceptable with additional experience
  • Self-motivated individual with mechanical or electrical background 
  • Minimum 2 years practical experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance
  • Will consider candidates with industrial boiler background
  • Able to understand schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Must be able to work overtime
