Description
Position is responsible for supporting the sales department in the areas of sales and expense tracking, presentation development, retrieval and dissemination of sales & related reports, coordination and executions of sales meetings/trade shows, maintaining customer and other business files, and provides both analytical and administrative support to the Director of Sales and Regional Sales managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or
related field.
2. 3-4 Years of related work experience
3. Analytical skills
4. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically.
5. Ability to accurately enter detailed information into an organized database system.
6. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
7. Ability to work within a team environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
9. Expert computer skills – i.e., Excel,Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Business Objects considered a plus.
10. Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day, with time on the telephone and/or at the computer.
11. Ability to type at a computer keyboard and view a computer monitor for up to 8 hours a day.
12. Ability to work in a warehouse environment among inventory and to lift up to 25 lbs.
