Job Description
We are currently seeking a few motivated individuals to become members of our rapidly growing company in the Sales Department. This entry level position consists of making a high volume of initial phone calls to dentist offices to gauge potential interest in our products. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, hard working and able to meet or exceed daily call quotas.
We are located on the South side of the city of Indianapolis, at the corners of Edgewood and Harding Avenues. Our address is: 1502 W Edgewood Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46217. Responsibilities include the following:
· Meeting or exceeding daily call quotas.
· Producing qualified sales leads for Senior Sales Associates.
· Following up and out calling for direct sales.
· Assisting Senior Sales Associates toward ultimate goal of converting leads into clients.
Experience in the following areas is desirable:
· High volume telemarketing or outbound call center experience.
· Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
Compensation
This position has a base pay of $8.00/hr in addition to very nice performance based commissions, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, RSS offers paid holidays, PTO time and an eventual 401 (k) plan. Opportunity for advancement into position of Senior Sales Associate is available to those that excel in entry level position and demonstrate the desired sales and leadership skills.
