Description
HealthBridge Management, a national provider of quality-driven, post-acute, and long-term care services is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Regional Director of Human Resources in our Massachusetts Region.
In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to create a positive impact across your Region. You will take a hands-on approach to problem solving while building partnerships across all levels of the organization.
To succeed in this role, you must come to the table with a solid background in providing guidance to supervisory personnel on all aspects of managing a diverse group of employees and employment classifications, with a particular emphasis on preventive labor and maintaining a positive, productive work environment. Additionally, you must have demonstrated ability to design, implement, and standardize HR systems, policies and procedures across multiple Centers, offering support and assistance in a manner that allows each Center to maintain its distinct individuality/personality, while providing direction and adherence to company-wide standards.
This position is focused on business partnerships that enhance employee relations, employee communications, and staff retention, and provides overall support to administrators and department heads.
Requirements
Requirements:
· A minimum of four years of human resources/labor relations experience with multi-site locations.
· A willingness to travel on a regular basis to our geographic centers within the state of Massachusetts, specifically to and from the Greater Springfield and Boston areas.
· Prefer someone with Union experience.
· Healthcare experience required.
