Description 2-3 years OSS experience, or EMS
Extend of experience with UNIX:
UNIX user, UNIX programmer, administrator, detailed or working knowledge of UNIX.
Expertise with major Operating systems: Linux, Windows, HP UNIX,..
Oracle or Sybase database knowledge

Requirements Knowledge in:
- CORBA interface
- 3GPP standard

Familiarity with mobility network:
- The general network architecture, how a call is made ( besides dialing a number and pushing the send bottom), what is required to manage/monitor a network

Project management skills, scheduling and time management.
Directly working with vendors/suppliers or customers.
Designed and tested any EMS/OSS system.
Understanding of development & verification cycle
