Must have strong personal skills, communication skills, problem solving ability and organizational skills. Must have dynamic personality that facilitates communication with client/family members social dynamics and caregiving services.

Candidate must also:

1. One year of experience preferably with the elder population.
2. Currently certified and in good standing as a CNA by the State.
3. Able to meet the health requirements for employees providing direct client care.
4. In possession of a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile.

5. Able to pass a background check and TB skin testing.

6. Present a DMV report.
