Description

SUMMARY

The Account Manager serves as the project manager and point of contact for client interactions at Envision Rx Options and must maintain the exceptional level of professional and customer service the organization has attained.  In addition to supporting external relations, the individual will collaboratively support the functions of the Client Services Department.

 

POSITION DETAILS

  • Analyzes new product/new client benefits and coordinates project plans individually and with Account Management Team

  • Manages plan implementation details and timeline, coordinating with clients, brokers and other internal departments

  • Interacts with Sales, Support Services, Client Services and Operations regarding group installation and management

  • Benefit plan setup and testing

  • Ensures client satisfaction throughout plan implementation, post-implementation and all other related service activities
  • Provide consultative support to other operational departments by researching issues

    Conduct user-acceptance testing on system enhancements including creating test plans, documenting and communicating test results

  • Interface with IS to problem solve and provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues

  • Document and communicate system impacts to affected user groups

  • Other duties as deemed appropriate

 

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible day or evening schedule to accommodate business requirements is a must
  • Occasional overnight travel required
  • Previous pharmacy, customer service, group benefits or related industry experience
  • Previous HealthCare project management/implementation experience preferred
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
  • Must demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Capacity to multitask and independently prioritize work
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to challenging priorities
  • Experience preparing and interpreting reports
  • PC competence with Microsoft applications
