We're looking for qualified Sales Support Professionals to help us reach our goals. Qualified candidates will be instrumental in growing our E-commerce business. You should be comfortable navigating web shopping sites, and find ease in learning new software applications. Although some experience is preferred, we'll give you customer service, sales, and business experience that can be parlayed into exciting new opportunities.
Responsibilities of Customer Service & Sales Support Professional
- Work in teams with peers to accomplish goals and get rewards for exceeding them!
- Provide support to "OfficeBuddy" New England Office Supply's exciting new e-commerce site.
- Understand and introduce various products to existing and new customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use analytical skills to research and satisfy customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Process orders and assist customers with product selection.
Requirements
- A college degree is preferred
- Able to diagnose web shopping issues and troubleshoot steps to quick resolution
- Ease with business software, ability to quickly learn new programs
