Maintenance Technician-Northern California

Large Dental Company needs a Maintenance Technician to visit company-owned dental offices and assist in identifying and resolving needed office repairs.

General duties will include but not be limited to:

• Install and repair windows, doors and locks doors
• Repair/maintain ceiling lights & tiles, exit signs & smoke detectors
• Inspect/repair Dental Equipment (compressor, vacuums, etc.)
• Minor drywall, stucco, and paint repair
• General carpentry and making cabinet repairs
• Electrical (changing ballasts, adding outlets, etc.)
• Plumbing (maintain/repair sinks, toilets, drains, plaster trap)
• Roof Maintenance (unclogging of rain gutters, repair roof leaks)
• HVAC inspection and maintenance
• General preventative maintenance of facilities
• Effectively electronic communication with corporate office and operations.

Qualifications: 
Candidate must have 5 to 10 years facilities maintenance experience within a commercial building.  Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV along with your own truck and tools.  Candidate will respond to after normal working hours call-outs as needed.   The winning candidate for this position will require a good eye for quality, common sense and the ability to work by himself or with others. Must have a “can-do” attitude.

Skilled Technician in Service, Repair and Installations

• Own a truck or van; with valid CA driver’s license and insurance
• Must own your tools
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
• Must be computer literate (company laptop and phone provided)
