Access Services
Encompassing the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, the Lehigh Valley Region of Access Services is positioned to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in Lehigh, Northampton, and Berks Counties. The Lehigh Valley office serves over 225 children and adults with special needs through its community-based, residential, support, and enhanced behavioral health services. All programs are structured to meet individuals where they are developmentally and assist them to take the steps necessary to meet their own personal goals. The Lehigh Valley region is strongly committed to providing services that foster individual development, enhance self-worth, and create opportunities for positive community interactions.
Community Living Arrangements (CLA) provide a nurturing home environment, offering up to 24-hour supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities. The focus of a CLA is to meet each person's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Specific emphasis is placed on community participation and personal growth within the community.
Full-time Community Home Support Staff
We are currently looking for an individual to work full-time in a support role. This individual will provide direct care for adults with developmental disabilities and will float to all our community homes. Hours will vary and will include weekends.
Part-time Community Homes Support Staff (weekend hours)
We are looking for individuals to work part-time in a support role. This individual will provide direct care for adults with developmental disabilities and will be required to work on the weekends.
In Home Supports provide residential support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to work with the individual and provide support in setting and meeting personal goals, making their home more accessible, and helping them to become active members of their community.
Part-time Support Staff
We are looking for individuals to work part-time in a support role. This individual will provide direct care to adults with special needs by working in their home or taking the individual out into the community.

Requirements
Experience working in a group home setting/or residential support
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff
Valid driver's license and specific auto insurance coverage
