Description Fairfax Northern Virginia Hematology Oncology, an affiliate of US Oncology a recognized leader in cancer care, is seeking a full time Pharmacist to join our team of clinical professionals.
Duties to include:
  • Review physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Direct technical workflow
  • Provide clinical support to other medical staff
Daytime hours, no weekend work required.

Requirements IV experience required, Chemo experience preferred.
Curent Pharmacist license for Virginia.
