Description of Call Center - Customer Service Representative: As a Customer Service Representative you will work with credit union members to address all of their concerns in a comprehensive and expedient manner. You must be able to multi-task during calls, navigating computer systems to find their information, and determine their needs, while simultaneously building a relationship with the member. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on quality and attaining all required performance metrics. You will also be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling current members that have already purchased products from PFP.
