We are currently seeking Repair Process Managers (RPM's)/Damage Appraisers in the Greater Allentown, Pennsylvania area.

The Repair Process Manager (RPM) is our primary contact with the customer. The RPM is responsible for coordinating all the activities and resources necessary to fulfill the customer’s requirements from the point an estimate is requested to the time the repaired vehicle is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write accurate damage appraisals, using company guidelines for pricing and quality

2. Perform written and/or telephone follow-up contact

3. Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the repair process, guaranteeing it meets our highest standards of quality

4. Provide all information necessary regarding the status of the vehicle

5. Deliver and present vehicle to the customer

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual
  • Knowledge of metal/refinish replacement and repair techniques and I-CAR certification are preferred
  • I-CAR certification is mandatory within one year of employment
  • State appraiser’s license
