Description

This position supports the human resources department. Performs administrative tasks in support of the HRIS. Provides other administrative support for other HR functions as needed.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -
As directed by HR leadership

       1.  HRIS Support

  • Inputs data into HRIS and reviews output for accuracy
  • Generates standard reports for Human Resources or managing personnel
  • May alter query variables in order to generate more complex or ad-hoc reports
  • Provides daily support needed to ensure successful and accurate HRIS
  • Maintain up-to-date HRIS functional departmental documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor HRIS workflow and audit for accuracy and efficiency processing of requests
     

       2.   HR Support

  • Provides support in HR department which may include benefits administration, compliance record keeping and administrative support of HR initiatives and processes. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

•  Minimum of two years HR related experience operating in a support role requiring multiple demands and strong attention to details.
•  Prior HRIS knowledge and/or experience (UltiPro is a plus)
•  Exceptional accuracy inputting data
•  Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
•  Ability to work with confidential information
•  Ability to work independently and recognize needs and opportunities
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective customer relationships.
•  Must be able to adapt and be comfortable with continuous process improvements
•  Minimum of associate’s degree in industrial relations, business or human resource management or equivalent experience
•  Benefits administration is a plus
