Transportation and Safety Compliance Manager

The individual selected for this multi-faceted position will serve in a key support role within the Transportation and Safety Department which is charged with the responsibility of all Risk Management, Federal Regulatory and Fleet management functions in North America.

Requirements

Primary Responsibility:

 

  • Manage Risk Claims Activities (w/c, vehicle and property claims).
  • Coordinate “light duty" RTW cases with HR Department.
  • Administer 3rd party case management review and monitoring.
  • Manage property/equipment claims & recoveries.
  • Manage OSHA Recording/Reporting of Occupational Injuries/Illnesses.
  • Manage CSI/ComData Fleet fuel card program.
  • Manage Sokolis Group Fleet fuel Analysis Program
  • Provide assistance and direction to all field personnel.
  • Manage assigned Regulatory Compliance programs.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Travel as necessary. (5% - 10%)
  • Responsible for all other primary duties as directed.

 

Secondary Responsibility:

 

  • Provide support for all Transportation & Safety Fleet administration applications.
  • Assist with development of Regulatory Compliance Training programs.
  • Assist VP of Quality Management with compliance related issues.
  • Assist with Employee Health and Safety program implementation.
  • Responsible for all other secondary duties as assigned.

 

 Job Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years Risk Claims management experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic DOT & OSHA regulations.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance training programs.
  • Demonstrable Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to keep up with a very fast growing working environment
  • Able to adapt to change
  • Demonstrate our Club Assist Values
  • Able to communicate well oral and written
  • Presentation and Public Speaking experience

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical requirements – Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Working conditions – Indoor, low noise environment.
  • Supervision
