You will be responsible for a  metrology lab operation. You will provide leadership for metrology services which meet internal and external customer requirements, regulatory requirements and industry leading practices.  You will manages a multi-disciplinary team where you will oversee testing procedure and methods, develop business strategies,  and lead collaboration of scientific instrument services between Metrology and business units. You will be responsible for the formulation, development, and implementation of plans, policies and procedures to improve the work quality, efficiency, productivity, and expense control of your assigned groups    You will use the findings of your department to create recommendation to changes in materials, coating and manufacturing methods.

Requirements include a degree and 5+ years of significant experience with Metrology Lab issues in an FDA regulated environment and some exposure to high speed, high volume medical device manufacturing.

This position is located in the Greater Philadelphia area, within commuting distance of Willow Grove, Wilmington DE, Chester, the Main Line, and most of nearby Bucks, Berks and Montgomery county and the Allentown area..
