As a Call Center Representative, you will be in our call center following-up by phone with prospective Ross students who have contacted us regarding our programs. You may also use email to reach customers not available by phone. This is a sales position with no cold calling and is an excellent job for those who are independent go-getters with the ability to follow company policy and procedure.

This is a perfect position for someone looking to supplement his or her current income or in need of a part time position (From 2:30-8:30 pm. 18-24 hours per week).  We offer our employees:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+year work experience in a customer service, sales or call center.  Transferable jobs might be restaurant or fast food waitstaff or host/hostess;  service centers for warranties, cell phones, cable; hotel/motel services; telemarketing or collections and others.
• Excellent phone voice and etiquette required.  Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task
• Strong computer technology skills required – Internet, email, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
