REGIONAL COMMUNITY RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Meridian, MS                        
                            
SouthernCare, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Development Director for Central Division 5 (Mississippi).    
    
This person will be responsible for:    
• Providing training, education and mentoring toward the continued program development of the Community Relations Specialists and Clinical Liaisons as assigned for a region.    
• Ensuring the requirements are met in accordance with Medicare/Medicaid state and federal guidelines for determining hospice appropriateness and that the levels of care are implemented in all Community Relations marketing and educational activities.     
• Coordinating continued education for Community relations activities through conference calls, training workshops and community events.    
• Providing monthly reporting of focused activities for the region to the Regional Administrator.
Requirements Overnight travel is required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or RN designation preferred.  Must have three years of previous healthcare marketing experience or five years of successful marketing.
