As our CRD, you will guide the decision process by communicating our value to future residents and their families through tours, individual needs analysis and presentations.  You will coordinate sales and marketing events that will educate the community regarding Hearthstone's assisted living program.   As a driving force in our sales department, your experience developing strong relationships and closing sales will directly impact the bottom line!  Your desire to exceed sales goals while making a difference in the lives of senior adults is the key to your success.

Requirements

 

  • Prior sales/marketing experience in assisted living, senior care or healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate community marketing events
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience delivering presentations to professionals (individually and group)  
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • PC skills
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend monthly and be flexible for other rare/occasional weekend needs
    • Must have valid state drivers’ license with clear driving record and dependable transportation for outside marketing
