Description Seeking qualified candidates to work in a pharmacy-based contact center environment. Candidates will be responsible for providing support to providers and pharmacy members in a phone-based environment. Issues will range in complexity and include benefit coverage, insurance claims, and pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be customer service-focused, punctual, and a team player with pharmacy benefits management customer service experience.

There are a variety of shifts available, with pay increases for later hours. CPhT candidates are highly preferred and encouraged to apply today!

Requirements

One year pharmacy experience a MUST, with preference given to PBM experience
Retail Pharmacy Tech experience
Certified Pharmacy Technicians, CPhT, preferred
One year call center experience (three years preferred)
Flexible schedule
Upbeat, team-oriented attitude
