Description Position: Field Service Engineer - Non-exempt position
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Working from your home, you will take care of customers in a designated territory. 25% national travel may be required and annual or biannual trips to Europe for training may be required.

Responsible for:
Installations
Preventive Maintenance
On-Site Repair and upgrades
Telephone Technical Support
Personal Inventory Management
Territory and Time Management
Customer Satisfaction

Experience Necessary:
3 years or greater Field Service Repair
Electronics Troubleshooting
Read and understand schematics
Good Mechanical understanding
Pneumatics
Robotics
Vacuum
Optics

Requirements

Assoc Degree in Electronics or greater
Navy or Air Force Electronics
Robotics or pneumatics
Ophthalmic
Mechanical Engineering
