Description

Excellent New Jersey firm seeks to hire an experienced healthcare transactional attorney on a contract basis.   Will represent healthcare companies and hospital clients and should be able to independently handle deals including Hospital sales and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years experience. 



This is a part-time opportunity and will be 25 hours per week.

New Jersey bar admission
Corporate Healthcare experience.
