College Students Wanted for Part Time Collections/Customer Account Openings with Fort Mill Mortgage Company



Call center collections, duties include taking inbound calls and making outbound calls  to mortgage customers who are behind on their payments. Working with the customer, you will be responsible for bringing each account up to date. Other general customer service and clerical duties as needed to support business functions.



This is a long term contract opportunity offering part time hours. All applicants must be flexible to work 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 evenings per week) Monday thru Friday and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and be able to commit to a training schedule of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM M-F for the first 3-4 weeks.

 

Requirements Job Requirements

  • 1 year of general call center experience preferred, but not required
  • collections experience or certificate of collections training course is a plus 
  • Knowledge and experience working with Windows based operating systems
  • Ability to operate office equipment and internal hardware and software
  •
