We have an exciting job opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation in Northern, CA.  This position is located in Sacramento, CA. at our Norwood Pines facility.  This facility has 160 beds, excellent support from the Area Manager and very dedicated therapists.  This is an Alzheimer's facility that offers rewarding and exciting opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care and Caseload management

• Compliance and Quality Control

• Customer Relations

• Business Development

• Staff management and development

• Meeting financial objectives

• Evaluating and treating a partial caseload of patients

• Attending facility meetings

• Developing and implementing new programs

Requirements:

• Graduate from occupational therapy
• Valid OT license.
• Experience with Medicare Billing (PPS)

• Management experience is preferred
