Looking for a great opportunity in the customer service field?  Spherion Staffing is a leader in staffing and recruiting excellence, and we are currently recruiting for a Fortune 50 company on the west side of Columbus to fulfill 10 openings in their support department.

Job Description:

  • Making outbound calls to doctors and/or patients to verify missing or unclear prescription information 
  • Taking inbound calls in response to outbound messages left with doctors and/or patients
  • Researching for correct contact information for doctors and/or patients in order to contact them to verify prescription data
  • Connecting the doctor and/or patient with the pharmacist filling the prescription
  • Utilizing provided scripts appropriately

 

 

Job Details:

  • 1st shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • $9.40 an hour - If hired permanently, a 3.5% pay increase is given in June 2010 and then your pay is increased to $13.79 at your one-year anniverary date.
  • Interviews with Spherion Staffing will be conducted now through November 16th.  If you are selected to proceed in the process, you will be required to interview at the Client site on Wednesday November 18th.
  • Training class starts December 14th (paid training).
  • Temp-to-permanent opportunity once training and probationary period are successfully completed

 

 

Requirements
