Description

This position will support Managers and will be responsible in assisting the team to successfully execute advertising tactics and marketing plans, maintaining general workflow, performing administrative duties and ad-hoc requests for the department, as outlined below.

 

Responsibilities

 

Assist on execution of advertising/marketing tactics: 

•         Assist team in the creative execution of advertising campaigns including print and online 

•         Assist managers on banner development for online advertising campaigns.

•         Coordinate delivery of creative assets, gather approvals and fulfill ad-hoc requests.

•         Implement E-mail marketing campaigns

 

Marketing coordination:

•         Gather competitive information.

•         Assist in the creation of the series’ marketing plans. 

•         Research on an ad-hoc basis.

•         Maintain schedules and deadlines for Marketing Department

•         Excellent planning and organizational skills

•         Executing successful trade shows

•         Creation of marketing materials using Photoshop

Requirements

Requirements•        

            Resourcefulness and good judgment are required in carrying out projects

•         Online advertising/marketing experience a plus, but not mandatory

•         A passion and enthusiasm/interest in the green technologies space

•         Solid knowledge of advertising production and execution

•         Basic understanding of the marketing function.

•         Exceptional clear communication and writing skills

•         Strong attention to accuracy and details

•         Ability to handle multiple projects under intense deadlines effectively and smoothly

•         Resourcefulness to get it done

•         The ability to function independently

•         Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

•         Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, creative design/writing or a related major.

•         1+ year relevant marketing experience.
