Qualified applicants must have retail furniture experience in a progressive management role and will be expected to meet the following requirements:

** Meet and exceed budgeted sales volume.
** Ongoing recruitment, staff development and training of store sales and design consultants.
** Overseeing the successful performance of a multi-million dollar in-home design program.

Qualified applicants will possess the following skills:

**Excellent soft people skills to coach, mentor and retain your sales staff.
