Description · Work ACH Returns and other losses on merchant accounts.
· Liaison with outside collection agencies on placed accounts.
· Manage customer inquiries and related issues to collection accounts.
· Receive daily work assignments from the Supervisor.
· Work the new items in the order of priority.
· Follow up daily on collection items that are currently outstanding.
· Provide reporting of daily activity to the Supervisor.
· Document daily activity and log calls.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Use job knowledge and common sense to make sound judgment resolutions on accounts.
· Act as liaison with sales reps and agent banks on questions concerning collection accounts.
· Educate merchants, sales groups and agent banks on RPSI Terms and Conditions concerning collections.
· Skip-tracing collection accounts as necessary.

Requirements · Intermediate Microsoft Office
· Advanced analytical skills
· Ability to accept change easily and display ideas toward automation then carry these ideas through to completion
· Ability to display excellent judgement
· Ability to work with little or no supervision
· Ability to negotiate settlements
· Advanced organization skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to deal with a high stress position
· Excellent customer service and phone skills with the ability to be firm
· Must be a team player.
