A big company advertising for a Manager 'Trainee' The position that just never seemed to lead where they promised. It took a while for me to discover that what my boss was saying wasn't even close to the opportunities that I found. At my previous jobs my main focus was satisfying customers and helping my co-workers to succeed, and my main focus at Furniture Row is exactly the same. I remember that it didn't take long to earn my first WEEKLY check that was over $1000. Now, almost 17 years later, I still love what I do and enjoy going to work.

Many of our most successful Salespeople and Managers have come from a military background and/or a various retail businesses. We are now with one of the most enthusiastic, fastest growing furniture retailers in America.

How large? Over 330 locations in 31 States!

How fast? We are opening more than 10 stores in the next year!

Since we promote entirely from within, we are looking for people with leadership experience, applicable education, or customer service experience who can "quickly" move into these management positions.

Hired applicants will start in Sales and must be willing to relocate within one year of training at the local store (if interested in Management).

However, highly motivated individuals have been promoted in less than 6 months.

Average 1st year income is $36,000 to $40,000, average Assistant Manager income is $55,000, average Store Manager income is over $75,000 per year.

Requirements Entry level position as a Sales and Service Representative.

Position involves direct Customer Contact, Customer Service, Sales, Merchandising of Showroom, and Telephone Skills.

Management and Leadership experience is an added plus.

$12,500 bonus upon promotion to Store Manager.
