Description North Americas premier publicly traded energy supplier is rapidly expanding its Michigan market.

- In contact with customers throughout the day
- Explaining programs in a clear and concise manner
- Responsible to help organize teams of CSR’s
- Maintain manager sheets
- Tracking allocation of blackberrys
- Collecting applications at the end of the day
- Ensuring paperwork is complete
- Maintain contact with CSR’s, ensure they arrive for work and complete their full shift
- Allocation/tracking of territories in the state of MI locally and beyond
- Responsible to train new CSR’s on a daily basis
- Build/Maintain team of 4-25 people
-Develop leaders for management positions
Requirements

- Previous experience with customer service
- Good communication skills
- Organized
- Positive attitude
- Willing to follow instructions
