Sourcer/Recruiter

 

Large, International Media company seeks a Sourcer/Recruiter to join their team.  This person is responsible for actively sourcing candidates through networking, cold calling, employee referrals, and complex internet searches and research.  Candidate must be a team player with a high sense of urgency.  Looking for someone with a broad range of methodologies to source candidates.  

 

 


 


Requirements

Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Must have excellent initiative and the ability to build strong productive relationships.  This individual will be great with multi-tasking and a team player.  Bachelor's Degree and a few years recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience is required.  This person must maintain a high sense of confidentiality at all times.  This is an ongoing temporary position.
