Arizona Home Care has been a valley leader in home health care for over 12 years!

We currently have per diem openings in the East Valley and West Valley!

Our per diem positions come with all the freedom and flexibility you could want! No maximum of minimum visit requirements, you are free to do as many or as few visits as you'd like each week!

Any availability in the Southwest valley is a HUGE plus!

Requirements Qualified applicants must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona. At least 1 year of experience as an OT, in any setting, is required (no new grads please). Home care experience is not required.
