Description
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Hire Date: Immediate
Salary Range: 60-80K
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k), Equity participation
Responsibilities:
General accounting including:
Monthly Financial Statements – First Draft
Account Reconciliations
Account Analysis
Depreciation and Amortization Schedules
Accounting for stock options and grants
Consolidations as required
Year End Audit preparation as required
Taxes – Sales and Use Tax preparation
Requirements
Requirements
4 year degree
5 years experience public/private
Solid Experience Excel including pivot tables, macros etc.
MAS 90 experience preferred but not required
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite Applications
Experience with accounting for deferred revenue
Knowledgeable with US GAAP as it applies to internally developed computer software
Some understanding of IAS desired but not required.
