Retail Sales Representative Job Description
Our Retail Sales Representatives work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment. The main responsibilities are selling devices, accessories, and calling plans; calling existing customers to inform them of available product or service upgrades; learning about new products; role playing to practice your sales skills; and coaching new employees.
Retail Hours and Work Schedule
Our sales reps work with others to promote an environment offering 100% customer satisfaction. Each rep works hard to meet sales quotas while helping exceed customer expectations.
Our retail store hours are 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday- Saturday, and 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sunday, 7 days a week, 363 days a year. Work schedules do vary from week to week; some holidays may be required; and over time as business requires.
Retail Sales Representative Training
There is a paid training period that lasts 4 weeks. (Monday – Friday) Training scheduled from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and may be held in locations other than your home area. If training is over 50 miles from where you reside we pay for hotel accommodation, reimburse for tolls and mileage.

The full-time position pays $24,000 per year plus target commission of $14,700. {The part-time position pays $11.54 per hour plus a target commission of $7,350.}
Monthly commission is paid based on sales attainment
For qualified bilingual employees, a pay differential of $1,500 annually (if applicable)
Performance-based yearly incentive/bonus pay
