Our mission is to improve the overall health and well being of our patients by promptly and professionally delivering and providing our products and services. We seek like-minded professionals to join our team and presently have an opportunity available in our Scranton, PA location, for an individual with at least 3-4 years’ experience to work in conjunction with assigned hospital’s (s) case management/continuing care staff. The selected candidate will plan, coordinate and facilitate home care services for discharged patients who are in need of respiratory and/or DME services.

To be considered, candidates must have knowledge of RT/DME, either from a clinical or customer service background. Good communication and presentation skills, and a professional demeanor and appearance are essential. Applicants must have good organizational and computer skills, and be able to work independently. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, as well as insurance contracts, strongly preferred.
