SUMMARY

The Loan Processing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day to day operations on the floor by ensuring that all staff, processes, procedures and exceptions are completed in the most efficient and productive manner possible. This includes directing, motivating and inspiring exceptional performance from our staff toward measured expectations.

 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Administrative:

  • Update goal boards, communicate results, and celebrates successes.
  • Manager workflow by logging and distributing all incoming contract packages.
  • Review all department voicemail and respond / distribute accordingly.

 

Operational:

  • Hold daily department mini-meetings to communicate goals, results and expectations to all associates.
  • Manage loan documents by accurately processing the materials, reviewing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Daily management of a staff of 10-15 associates – providing direction, addressing issues, handling concerns in an effective manner.
  • Provide stellar customer service to all automotive dealers through follow up calls, customer care contact and problem resolution.
  • Manage all internal company relationships and inter-department issues to ensure the Purchasing department is functioning as a part of the overall organizational team.
  • Provide consistent and timely communication / feedback to the Purchasing Department Manager regarding associate performance and goal attainment.
  • Provide new hire training and on the job training programs for all new hires ensuring that they are fully trained on our policies, procedures and expectations within the first 90 days.

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing a fast paced call center environment.
  • Detail oriented, professional and assertive.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated history of business maturity and focus on high expectations.
  • Solid computer skills including database management, Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PP, Etc.) and Outlook

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 Year college degree in a business related field.
  • Prior experience in a financial services / loan environment – 5-10 years.
  • Prior supervisory responsibilities – 5-10 years.
  • Prior experience managing 10 or more employees – 3 years.
  • Technical knowledge of the auto loan financing industry a plus.
