Description
National Long Term Care Management company is seeking an experienced RN, Area Clinical Director. In this vital role, the Clinical Director will provide clinical direction to an assigned group of long term care facilities in the state of California.
Ideal candidate will be an experienced long term care Registered Nurse that has worked in a multi-facility capacity.
Role will be to mentor facility clinical teams.
Primary role will be to provide training to facility Directors of Nursing.
Will provide guidance in the areas of long term care regulatory, assist with clinical recruitment, and will oversee the overall clinical management of assigned long term care facilities.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of California.
Must have experience working with and managing multiple facilities.
Must have excellent skills with regulatory and long term care, clinical operations.
Preference of a minimum of 2 years in a regional/ area position. Backed by progressive experience in long term care managment.
Must have a progressive long term care background.
