Career Opportunity
We have an immediate need for Registrar at our Bellingham, WA campus. The primary responsibilities of the Registrar include accurate maintenance of student records, oversight of course scheduling, attendance tracking, and administration of student management information system (CampusVue). The Registrar coordinates with other departments to ensure that academic policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum of Two (2) years progressive experience in registrar’s office required
- Database management experience beneficial, preferably in Campus 2000 or CampusVue
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills –ability to build and sustain effective working relations with all levels of staffing throughout the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills required to identify trends and improve processes to resolve issues
