Entry-Level Student Services Coordinator, Downtown Chicago!

The Chicago office of a $1.5 billion educational company is hiring recent college graduates! The company's online university division is regularly seeking new members for their transcript evaluation team. This position involves the evaluation of transcripts coming in from potential students prior to admittance into the university. A detailed eye and ability to problem-solve are important requirements for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Update student degree plans in the university's internal system
• Track each student's coursework requirements and compare them to the university's standards
• Communicate with students, advisors, financial aid department and managers when necessary
• Work as a close-knit team to accomplish daily tasks and special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any concentration
• Varied liberal arts background in college to be able to best analyze course descriptions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively within a team atmosphere.
